Beachside Yoga is Back!

Make the most of our magnificent Bayside location - while also supporting our local Sandringham Life Saving Club (SLSC).
50% OF PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO SLSC.
Our much-loved outdoor Sandy Sunset Yoga classes are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm on the grass amphitheatre beside the SLSC.
Create balance, flexibility and space in your body and mind, with a 45 minute yoga class including sun salutations to leave you feeling energised and alert!
Some yoga experience recommended but everyone is welcome - just come along for the community connection and good vibes.
Please BYO yoga mat and remember to slip, slop, slap.
Places are limited - 20 people per yoga class.
BOOKINGS WILL OPEN IN OCTOBER.
Please note: Sunset Yoga is an outdoor event and therefore, weather dependent. Classes may be cancelled or moved indoors to the Life Saving Club due to rain, high winds or extreme heat.
Registered participants will receive an email and/or text (if mobile number provided) with as much notice as possible, if a class will be cancelled. Participants will be provided with the option to book a class on another date or receive a refund.
