Reflections & tips
from my yoga journey
Pose of the month - Supta Virasana
Supta Virasana is not an easy pose for many beginners and it took me a number of years to stay in it comfortably for a few minutes, rather than seconds...
Appreciating the journey

Pose of the month - Vrksasana
Vrksasana is another popular and iconic pose that helps to strengthen the legs and develop balance and stability in the body. It also requires and develops mental focus and alertness, and is suitable for all abilities and experience levels.

Pose of the month - Adho Mukha Svanasana
Adho Mukka Svanasana is one of the most popular asanas (poses) taught to and practiced by beginners and more advanced students alike
