Spring Yoga Workshop
3 Day Yoga Workshop to welcome the new season!
Fri 26, Sat 27 & Sun 28 September from 9:30 - 11AM each day.
Step into Spring with three mornings of nourishing yoga to emerge from our winter slumber and experience the benefits of a regular daily practice. Give yourself the gift of time and space to reflect, reset and deepen your connection to self.
Day 1 - Releasing: a restorative class to calm your nervous system and mind, includes some basic pranayama (breathing).
Day 2 - Arriving: a grounding class to establish strong foundations and find balance in the body and mind.
Day 3 - Becoming: an energising class to build energy, strength and resilience for the new season.
Some previous yoga experience recommended - BYO yoga mat.
Limited to 10 students - book early!
Location: Sandringham Life Saving Club, Beach Rd Sandringham (right on the beach - beside the Rotunda and down the stairs or ramp)
